Ahlam Ali brings a strong foundation in public accounting and a deep commitment to community service to her work at Sterling. She completes full-cycle accounting for nonprofit and philanthropic clients, including bookkeeping, monthly and annual reconciliations, grant and expense disbursements, and the preparation of financial statements.
Ahlam has extensive professional experience in administration, bookkeeping, and accounting. She has also supported audit and tax functions in fast-paced CPA environments and excels at strengthening workflow systems, client communication, and document management processes.
Ahlam has been actively engaged in volunteer service for nearly a decade and has earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Award multiple times for completing more than 100 service hours annually. She co-founded a program aimed at increasing mental health awareness and suicide prevention, particularly among youth.
